Wedding Books - There are no refunds on books or literature, no exceptions. Sorry, but, used books cannot be resold.
Family Medallion Products: 30 day refund policy on unused, unopened products. No refunds on literature including certificates. $10 restocking feee. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for exchanges and refunds. Return instructions will be provided. Do not ship back any items until you have contacted Top Wedding Sites, Inc. (owners of IDoTakeTwo.com).
Gown Preservation Kit: If you never received your kit or if you have received your kit but have not shipped your dress back to The Wedding Gown Preservation Co. you can receive a full refund from Top Wedding Sites, Inc. within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions.
