when to renew your vows
My wife and I are looking to renew our vows but can't decide if we should renew on our actual anniversary date. We were married in the fall, but we want our children to be involved in the ceremony without them having to miss school. So we want to get renew our vows in the summer. Is it unusual to have the renewal ceremony on a different date than the original wedding?

No, it is not unusual to renew your vows on a date other than the date you were first married. Many couples choose their dates based on their wedding anniversary but some also choose the anniversary of their first date or meeting or other special times. Choose a time convenient or special to you and your family.
