Married by J.P. want to have big wedding, is this okay?

My husband and I were married by a J.P. and want to renew our vows for our 5th year anniversary. Can I have all of the elements of a traditional wedding?(i.e. wedding dress, bridesmaids, groomsmen, gift registry)
