2nd wedding and renewal

My husband and I want to renew our vows on our 10 anniversary. This is a second marriage for both of us. Both of us had weddings previously, but when we married we went to the Justice of the Peace. My question is can our renewal be like a second wedding, since we didn't officially have one? We have to two daughters now and would like to include them.
