vow renewal

My husband and I have been married for 14 years and would like to renew our vows when he returns from his one year deployment to Iraq. We were married at 16 and no one was allowed to come because it was considered not a good thing since I was pregnant. We would like to celebrate with family and friends and have a real wedding this time but am not sure about proper vow renewal etiqette.
