name to use in second marriage announcements

I am about to get married for the second time. I want to announce it in the local paper. The one thing I can't decide on is how to put my name. Should I use my maiden name or my 1st marriage last name. And also how should I word my name on the invites?

You should use your legal name, the name you go by and is familiar to those you know.
