Second Wedding Gift Expectations

We have been invited to a wedding reception involving the second marriage for both parties. The private wedding ceremony was a couple of months ago (unbeknownst to us). I was in the bridal party of the first wedding ten years ago, at considerable expense.
The invitation does not mention gifts. Is a gift expected at the upcoming reception?

No. You gave to her first marriage. Plus, the gifts are given for the wedding, not the reception.
