Hosting by bride & groom & grooms family/brides second marriage

My fiance and I are hosting/paying for 90% of our wedding. My mother-in-law thinks that by donating (hesitantly I might add) only 10% (rehearsal dinner/liquor/400. towards photos) that her name should be on the invitation. This is my problem:
This is my second marriage, I have no parents. We are paying for the majority of it. I do not feel that her name should be on it, but I would give them a special mention in the program. Am I wrong? Should I give in on this? I have planned on putting just our names as hosts. I don't feel like she should get "credit" for her donation towards the wedding but maybe that is callous on my part?
