Garter and Bouqet Toss at second wedding
My fiance and I are getting married (each 2nd time) after being together for long time, I'm late 40's, he's early 50's, and we are having small sit down dinner reception at a very beautiful place and having around 50 people (tops) There will probably be between 5-10 single males and same for females at the reception. This is tops, could only be 4 or 5. Should we plan on a garter toss and bouquet toss? Or is that generally not done at a second wedding, that's what I thought. We are having more of an intimate reception. Thanks for advice.

Dear Tossing,
It really is your choice. But, the beauty of being older and an encore couple is that you can easily customize your celebration even more than the first timers. You could omit the older traditional reception activities in favor of an activity that reflects the interests of the two of you.
Enjoy!
