What to wear for a courthouse wedding

I am 47 years old and have been married once before. This is the 3rd marriage for my hubby to be. We don't want a big wedding - already went through that. We are just going to the court house this time. So, what is proper to wear to a court house wdding? What colors would be best? Thank you

Dear CourtHouse Wedding,

This is a personal choice and there is no etiquette involved. Some wear wedding dresses, but most wear a nice dress suit or dress. Any color is fine.
