What dress to wear for a second wedding.

I'm still in my 20's, have a face of a little girl, mature curvy figure, a suit doesn't work with my figure or my personality and most people I've talked to say I'm too young to wear a suit elegantly. So what do I wear? I have dark olive skin so most pastels don't work well. We haven't decided on formality of the party and we're looking for a church that will marry us even though I'm divorced (was married in a church the first time).
