Veils for second time brides
Hello, I was reading the following from your website:
"Second time
brides should forgo a blusher veil that covers the face. This style is considered the traditional veiling option for 1st time brides and one of the only real DON'TS. Try substituting a hat, hair ornament or fresh flowers."
I do understand about not wearing the traditional veil, but can the veil hang from the head???? What I want to wear is a tiara with a sheer type veil hanging from behind, not over or near my face.
Is this appropriate??
(By the way, I plan to wear a "mermaid" type dress, nothing "pouffy".
Please advise,

The veil traditionally represents virginity, whether worn over the face or down the back, so I would choose just the tiara. Your gown choice sounds lovely as long as it is formal enough to compliment a tiara.
Congratualtions and enjoy your day...
