Is my dress inappropriate for second wedding?

Getting married on Valentine's Day...small, non-denomination ceremony and dinner (probably in the same location)...2 children involved in family ceremony...only immediate family present(23 people)...searched for semi-formal, tea-length dress...but fell in love with floor-length, poofy(lots of tulle), princess-like, ivory dress...inappropriate? Please advise.
