divorced from non church wedding, can i be remarried in catholic church?
i was married in a small court house ceremony given by a justice of the peace a few years ago. i have since divorced. i am a catholic as is my fiance. can we be married in the church? do i have to get an annulment even if i wasnt married in the church before?
