Do you want to be married in the Roman Catholic church here in the states or in the Church of England? If so, please check with your priest and local parish. I am told that to remarry in the Church of England after a divorce you must go to your priest and ask him. Seems they may allow divorced couples to remarry in the Church of England even without an annulment if the couple agrees to some counseling sessions. Please do check with your local parish. M. Possibly, because her first marriage is not recognized by the Catholic Church. Do call your local Catholic pastor and ask him. Sometimes it is a matter of finding the right priest. Blessings Rev.
