Steps to take to marry in Catholic church
I have been married twice before. Once in a Methodist Church and once by J.P.. The first one lasted about a year the second lasted 6 yrs. My girlfriend was married in the catholic church before and has had it anulled. I am a catholic and so is my current girlfriend and we would like to be married in the catholic church. What steps will I need to take to make this a reality?

You are okay on your girlfriend's side. As for your situation, I would suggest that you speak to a priest at the Catholic Church where you intend to marry. You did not say how the marriages ended so I am assuming it was by divorce and not death. The Church typically does not recognize civil marriages (by Jusice of the Peace) however, they may recognize the Methodist marriage depending on circumstances and that could present issues for you. Also, locally a priest may have additional requirements before he will marry someone who is entering their third marriage. Also, many churches require that you belong to the parish for a certain amount of time before their Pastor or associate Pastor will officiate a wedding. Deacon Bob Tousey Independant catholic Deacon
