Raising the kids catholic: no annulment

I am a divorced Catholic and my fiance is also Catholic and has never been married. My first marriage has not been annulled. What rules will we have to follow in raising our kids Catholic? Will we be able to have them baptized, receive first communion and be confirmed?

Bella:

The 'rules' in raising your children in the Catholic faith should not be any different whether you are divorced, married, or seeking marriage without an annulment. First communion / confirmation will likely occur when the children complete their catechism. Regarding Baptism... you should check with your parish priest and ask about arranging for their baptism.

There seems to be a concern about the lack of annulment. If you search this forum, you will find questions and responses related to annulment and related marriage issues.

Thank you for your response. I'm also interested in learning about what restrictions may be placed on me specifically because I have no annulment (i.e. will I be able to participate in the baptism, first communion, etc.).

Please let me know your thoughts.

Obviously, without a Catholic annulment you cannot remarry in the Catholic church. You will not be free to accept communion or be confirmed. The sacraments of Penance and Anointing of the Sick are available to all Catholics, always. This answer, and a lot of other religion related questions can be found on our religion page:
