Social Security

When my future husband and I retire or he passes away. Who will receive his Social Security, me or his two children?

This isn't really a legal question however...As a surviving spouse you should be eligible for benefits but check with the social security office for more information. I couldn't tell you about the children since we'd have to know what age they'd be at the time of their father's death. Please see this link for more information:
