     Protecting What is Mine

My fiance just went to court (ex took him for child support). Ex claimed that I was hiding money for fiance. I am not. The court has already subpoenaed my records (I denied them access). The DA wants to force the issue into gaining my records. Do they have the right? There is no proof that I am doing such a thing. I am not married to him nor do I live with him. I work full time and have a small business that he is not apart of.

I am planning on buying a house in the near future. I am to be the only one on the loan and the house. When we get married, a pre-nup will be in effect that will include the house. Can they still get into my records and possibly take what's mine? How do I protect myself against the courts bullying and abuse of power?

This question is not really related to a second wedding and is way too serious in nature to be discussing in an online forum. I would suggest that you seek legal counsel immediately.
