Pre Nup.

What if I inherit some assets from my parents after entering into a prenup, what happens to that inheritence. does it get distributed or wht does the law say ??

You shoul read through the provisions of your prenup to see if an inheritance is considered marital property and to see if an inheritance is specifically mentioned.

If you have not drawn up the prenuptial agreement yet then have those terms built in.
