Need a marriage license for second wedding?

I got married a year ago, we want to do it again, do we need a marriage license? It is any problem with INS since im getting my legal resindence thru marriage

If you were legally married in the USA legally, had a license, then you are already considered married and you would be renewing your wedding vows; no new license is needed.

Check with the INS on your second question.
