Does it matter what state you marry in for a prenup?

My fiance and I are getting married in Indiana but are currently living in Minnesota. We are planning to move out of the state to Illinois in about 2 years. Does it matter who does our prenup? Does it have to be two Indiana lawyers? or two Minnesota lawyers? We've gotten different answers depending on the state we ask the question in...

Have your prenuptial agreement drawn up by your local attorney in Indiana. Then when you move to Minnesota have the prenup edited to be sure it includes Minnesota's state property and prenuptial laws .
