Can an Ex come after what is mine without a pre nup??
Can my fiance ex come after my assets if we get married?? If I have a house and something happens, does he get half the house without a pre nup.? Even if I have owned the house prior to him??? or does it become a martial asset?

If you are coming into this new marriage with any assets you should have a prenuptial agreement.
If you want the house to go to your new husband, if he should outlive you, then going to want to put the house in both names which could then be onsidered community property. You may want it in just your name to keep it safe from the ex. Consult a local attorney to figure out what would be best in your state and to help you draw up your prenup.
