who to invite

My wedding is in august, I recently changed jobs within the same company, I really want to invite the girls and physicians I use to work with, and want to know should I also invite the new physicians. I dont want to offend anyone or make them feel left out or that they have to come. The number of guests is not in question, just who should be invited. Crazy

Dear Kathy,

Only invite those whom you wish to share your day. If you are not close to these people, don't worry about inviting them. Typically people understand the reasoning.
