second marriage or vow renewal?
My husband and I have been married by court for 20 years. We weren't able to marry by Catholic Church because we were both married before. My husband passed away, that makes my marriage annulled and we were just able to annul his. We will be getting married under the Catholic Church blessing on the day of our 20th year anniversary! I do not know how to phrase the invitations. Is it second wedding? Is it vow renewal? Please help.

Dear Church Blessing,
This would be a vow renewal or a blessing of your marriage. Please read about the etiquette involved with
vow renewals
so this will appear proper.
Please read more about
vow renewal invitations
. If you wish to exchange the term vow renewal with blessing of your marriage, you may.
Best wishes,
