how to word invitation with ceremony one day and sand ceremony/reception 3 days later.

My future sister-in-law and brother are getting married on a Wednesday (their 2 year dating anniversary) then on Saturday they asked the pastor to do a family sand ceremony and a reception to follow.

How do they word an invitation like this?

This is pretty unusual. Just send a typical reception invitation with no mention of this sand ceremony to occur before. The wording style would depend on the formality of the reception. We have some wording suggestion on this website.

I agree. This is a bit different. But, a standard informal reception only invitation would be best.
