My wedding is in august, I recently changed jobs within the same company, I really want to invite the girls and physicians I use to work with, and want to know should I also invite the new physicians. I dont want to offend anyone or make them feel left out or that they have to come. The number of guests is not in question, just who should be invited.[crazy]

Only invite those whom you wish to share your day. If you are not close to these people, don't worry about inviting them. Typically people understand the reasoning.
