Inviting work folks to second wedding

Hi,
I'm inviting some, but not most of my co-workers to my simple yet expensive second wedding (I eloped the first time). Just to avoid embarrassment, should I include a list of employees I'm inviting? The reason I ask is because once one of the managers had an invitation to a big wedding and brought it to work. She was looking at it when I came in and she showed it to me and said "Are you going?" I said, "I wasn't invited." It was an awkward moment.
If folks know before hand who I'm inviting from work, they're not as apt to bungle it. But I don't want to commit a wedding no-no.

Dear Inviting,

No, it would not be a good idea. You would be creating a clear division of those invited and those who are not. It would be best to tell those who are invited (verbally) that you are not inviting everyone, so please do not broadcast the news.
