I have a premarital agreement in which most of the assets are in a trust but does not state this in the Financial Statement. Will this void the premarital agreement, even if my wife knew they where in a trust.

There are too many aspects to this question that an apropriate response cannot be given in an online forum. This question wil only be able to be answered by review of the agreement by a local attorney specializing in prenups and perhaps a review of your assets by a certified accountant.
