House ownership contract before marriage

I will get remarried in October. We both have two children each. I own a house and have have the mortgage paid off.
For other reasons, I have sold half my house to my FH for half. Will that contract still be valid after we are married, or will my assets (1/2 house) become his as well?

This is a question which cannot be answered without more information. It depends on how the deed transferring half of the house was prepared, and whether you live in a community property state or not. I urge you to speak to a local attorney to be sure.
