Do you have to renew vows on original wedding date?

My husband and I have been married for 10 years this September and we want to renew our vows. Do you have to renew your vows on the same date as the original wedding or can we pick a new date so more guests can come?

No, since the vow renewal isn't a legal sort of ceremony, you can choose whatever date you like.
