How to word a vow renewal invitation Vow Renewal Invitation Etiquette

I'm renewing my vows and want to have a cocktail reception immediately following the vow renewal ceremony. The service and reception is from 3pm to 6pm in New York. I want people to know that it's a brief vow renewal and reception. Is it okay to put 3 to 6pm on the invitation? Should I word the invitation to say cocktail hour or light refreshments?

This isn't a wedding, but more of a party. So, you could include the ending time of your event. Listing that there will be cocktails or food is your choice.
