My spouse and I originally had a wedding date planed for a formal wedding. Then s few months after I had purchased my wedding dress we found out that I was pregnant. We ended up changing wedding plans and having a small ceremony with only immediate family and a few friends. We still want to throw a ceremony with all the guests originally planned. I am unsure on exactly how to word invitations, or what to do for the ceremony as we are already married.

Wording invitations to a second wedding ceremony

Congratulations on your new family addition and your marriage.
I think the reason you're having trouble wording your invitations is because, as you say, you're already married. What exactly are you inviting your guests to?
I'd suggest hosting a reception (as long as it hasn't been more than, say, a year since you were married) and send out reception invitations. You can see wording for that sort of invitation by navigating on the left to invitations.

I agree. There is no wedding after a wedding. So, the reception is your best bet.
