My husband and I are planning to renew our wedding vows on our 25th anniversary next year. Since we did not have a traditional wedding, we want to make this formal and traditional. I am wondering what is the proper etiquette for a program (bulletin, for lack of a better term). In regards to the participants in the ceremony, what should they be called, e.g., the bridemaids/Maid/Matron of Honor are the proper terms for a wedding. What are the proper terms for all of the participants for vow renewal ceremony?

Dear Robertse,
There really are no other participants in the vow renewal except the couple and perhaps the couple's children. There are no attendants, because there is no need for witnesses. So, a program or bulletin really isn't necessary even if this is formal. Basically you two are standing and reaffirming your wedding vows and sharing this moment with close friends and family.
Best wishes,
