My fiance and I are going to get married pretty quickly so that he will be able to move in with me. But at a later date we are planning an actual wedding. Approximately 9 months away. Our immediate family is going to come to the first and no one else, but all will be invited to the second. I am not real sure how this is going to work, since we will already be married BUT the big ceremony will be the "wedding". Any suggestions?

The reason you're confused is that you cannot be married twice. If you make a decision to be married now because you want to live together, that's your decision, but that IS your wedding. You can have a reception up to a year after the wedding/marriage takes place, though. If you want to have the big white wedding then you'll have to wait and have it when you're ready.
