I have two girls, ages 15 and 13, and my fiance has two boys, ages 15 and 13. They are all excited about our upcoming weding. His boys are both his best men and my girls are both my maids of honor.. We wondered if it would be oky to word our invitations to indicate they they are announcing or inviting people to the wedding? Is that ok with them being teens?

Wording Second Wedding Invitations as Though Teenage Children Hosting Wedding

Dear Tictackay,
Children really can't host a wedding, which is what is indicated by their names at the top of an invitation. They could be listed under your names as: Ms. Sandra Smith and Mr. John Brown along with their children .... . Of course this could mean that all of your children are yours (both of you together).
You could also do it this way, but it is cumbersome:
Ms. Sandra Smith and her children XXX an XXX and Mr. John Brown and his children XXX and XXX wish to invite you... . Both of these examples are best for an informal wedding.
Best wishes,
