2nd wedding or vow renewal?

My husband and I split up years ago but not for long. During that period I did divorce him. We have been back together for years and still call each other husband/wife. We have decided to make it legal again but I don't know how to go about it. Should I say vow renewal or remarriage?

Since you are divorced this would be a marriage, not a vow renewal.
