My fiance and I were both previously married. She received an anullment of her first marriage. I was denied an anullment of my first marriage. Since the church will not allow us to get married in a church because I was denied anullment, we are getting married on a beach. Who can my fiance and I get to marry us?

If you'd like to have a religious ceremony then call a local non-catholic church to speak to the minister there. You can call non-denominational ministers or officiants who can offer spiritual ceremonies as well.
If you'd like to have a civil service contact your local city hall and ask about the justice of the peace.
