How do I address widow remarried with both husband's last names

Thank you for your website. How do I correctly address the envelope for a woman who was a widow but remarried and uses both her 1st and 2nd husband's last names? Is Joan Baker Thompson correct? Should it be hyphenated? Joan Baker-Thompson? Is there another option? Thank you for your reply.

Some widowed women use Mrs. - some use Ms. - some hyphenate, etc. You should ask the woman how she likes to be addressed.
