A second wedding is for a couple who have been married before but to other people, not to each other unless thay have been divorced in between.
Since you are already married you should consult with the priest at the Catholic church since they will probably want to treat it like a blessing of your marriage rather than a wedding.
But, with regard to any parties to follow, you would treat the celebration like a vow renewal or an anniversary since you are already married. To host a wedding for yourselves will not be viewed positively. We hear complaints from invited guests about this all the time.
Please review our pages on vow renewal etiquette on this site.
