We are planning a small wedding (less than 50 ppl) about 25% of the guests will be children ages 4-9. We were not planning on having a DJ/Band, just the ceremony and dinner. I'm looking for some ideas to keep the children entertained. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks[cool]

If the reason that you're not having a DJ/Band is because of the expense or the number of guests have you considered using an ipod with prerecorded music plugged into either the sound system provided by the venue or a pair of speakers for an ipod? That way the kids could get up and dance. It's one of the best ways to keep all of the guests entertained.
We have wedding day activity pack for kids in our shopping area. I includes stickers, photo frame, pictures to color, postcard, and crayons. I think this would work well for your age group. Click here to view the kid's wedding activity kit.
