I have been living with my fiancee for about 4 years now, and we are talking about getting married, he owns his house out right and I live with him, he has a child and so do I. How do we work out details in a prenup agreement for living expenses, taxes, which he gets the tax break, and keeping our money separate after we get married, I am so confused about all this, my son is 24 and out of college, while his daughter is 15, getting her license, going to college, all those expenses. Thanks,

Prenuptial agreements are not really used to determine issues like the allocation of living expenses but do cover issues concerning owned property by the parties such as protecting each party's premarital assets, as well as defining the rights of the parties and to settle questions of property division and alimony if the marriage ends because of death, divorce or separation.
