Help
I am getting married in June. The problem I am having is a co-worker. I am inviting everyone I work with, it's a small company with 9 people. There is one individual I DO NOT want to invite. I can't even think of the idea of him even thinking of coming to my wedding. Is it wrong of me not to invite him?
My fiancee thinks it is and well as other co-workers.

Dear Nikki,
Typically I would tell you to only invite those with whom you wish to share your day. However, since you have invited everyone else with whom you work, it would be impolite not to invite this one person. It would create a negative working environment also.
