2 Days before our wedding, my spouse told me she did not want to marry but she was doing so because we were just 2 days away. It was a rough 3 years and things only got worse. I went thru Baptism, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation. She made it through First Holy Communion only, so she lied about being confirmed. I am ashamed to acknowledge that I knew she was not confirmed.

Can our marriage be annulled and allowed to remarry in the church?

Annulments can not be guaranteed. After a divorce is final, you can apply for an annulment. If it is approved, then it does allow you to remarry in the church. The fact that she told you two days before the wedding that she didn't really want to marry (the wedding should have been cancelled then), that statement indicates a lack of readiness to marry that could be a factor in an annulment. Maybe she told other people that also and they could be witnesses to this, that could help. The fact that she lied about Confirmation is not a reason for an annulment; it could however show further that she wasn't really ready to marry.
You are not saying whether you are divorced or not. If you are still married, you cannot base the decision whether to divorce or not on the possibility of an annulment. You may, or you may not, be able to get an annulment. The question at this time would be whether you can, with counseling and marriage enrichment, overcome the obstacles.
If you are already divorced, then pick up the annulment application and try it.
