Can my husband and I get our marriage vows renewed in a church and how many people do I invite?

Yes, and you can invite as many family members and friends as you'd like.

Many blessings on your vow renewal!

Typically, the answer is a very happy yes. The only reason that could stand in the way is if you are Catholic and there is an impediment to the marriage (ie. one of you divorced without an annulment). Otherwise, Churches typically are very pleased when couples renew their vows. Feel free to invite as many friends and family as you like. Congrats and God Bless.
