I'm marrying a thrice-divorced man later this year and we've lived together 3 years. He's asked that I not work so I don't, but I want to ensure I'm protected and provided for. The house we live in is in his name, the only thing I own outright is a car. Questions: 1. Can a prenup cover things we've purchased since living together? 2. If he pre-deceases me I do NOT want the house, but DO want to be protected and provided for, how do I state that in the pre-nup? 3. Can a pre-nup indicate that terms and conditions are null and void if either party commits adultery? Appreciate the help!

It sounds as though you need a prenup. Since this forum is really to answer very general types of legal questions I would suggest you consult a local attorney who can guide you in these specific areas.
